NATE is a digital community management platform for housing cooperatives under the right of use model. Its purpose is to facilitate values alignment, transparency in management, participation in events, and the tracking of the 'NATE Scoring System' for the healthy development of the community.

3. User Status and Obligations

Access to the platform is reserved for members and member applicants of the Cooperative. As a user, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Provide truthful information in your profile and Cohabitation Units.
• Not use the platform for unlawful purposes or contrary to the Cooperative's Social Bylaws.
• Respect the privacy of other members and not disseminate information obtained through the platform without express authorization.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The 'NATE' methodology, its scoring algorithms, visual design, logos, and contents are the exclusive property of the managing entity or its licensors. The reproduction, distribution, or transformation of any element of the platform is prohibited without prior authorization.

5. Exclusion of Liability

The Cooperative is not responsible for:

• Technical service interruptions beyond its control.
• Improper use of the platform by users.
• Truthfulness of the content published by members in forums or personal profiles.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities developed herein, Spanish legislationwill apply, to which the parties expressly submit, with the Courts and Tribunals of BARCELONA being competent for the resolution of all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
